, a cat can act hearty. So, we now have a complete image of the cat Smallheart- a small cat that acts hearty. We would appreciate if you rated by these guidelines in both formal and informal ratings, but especially formal ratings.
Here's how it works.
Let's say a name has been proposed, this person wants their warrior name to be rated. We'll make this persona Jimjim (xP) and she'll propose her warrior name Smallheart. (This is her own name, by the way. Steal it not).
Some of you may jump up know and say- "That's a cruel name! It means the cat's heart is small and is mean!" Congratulations to those of you, because you didn't do it right.
We here rate on a two-part system. Read it with me now. Two-part system.
So, take the name (in this instance, Smallheart) and separate the prefix and suffix.
The prefix (if the person named their cat appropriately) should describe pelt or size. Eye color isn't included because kits are born with their eyes closed, and after they open their eyes they are blue for weeks. A queen's not going to call their kit "kit" for weeks just to see eye color. Kit's don't show personality until that time either, so it's not included either.
So the prefix Small- tells us that the cat is (hopefully) small.
Suffixes should say that the cat
- Acts like the prefix
- Looks like the prefix, or
- Has the prefix
So, the suffix in Smallheart is -heart. All cats have hearts, so we can rule the last one out, else they'd be dead. I doubt the cat is red or heart-shaped either, so no to that. But the first one makes sense- Hearty is a word (click for definition)
